At Blue Lagoon we believe in charging flat rate fees instead of by the hour.
Because some computers take longer to do a task is not a reason to charge more.
All rates quoted include travel time to and from the customer's address.
If you computer requires more than an onsite service call then we will pickup and drop off your computer at no additional charge.
A diagnostic charge with no work performed is $60.00
A Basic Cleanup is $80.00
and most times the labour rate will not exceed $149.00 including travel.
But of course, everything gets GST added to it...
